Plano Hogwarts - Read, Donate, and Keep the Potter Spirit Alive!

As some of you may know, HPEF (HP Education Fanon) hosted the wonderful Portus 2008 symposium last summer. They keep the HP fandom alive and bring the community together through such conferences, including the upcoming Azkatraz 2009 and Infinitus 2010. However, to make these events possible, HPEF needs your help!

From December 4th through 10th, 2008, Barnes & Noble will host a Bookfair benefiting HP Education Fanon. Every purchase made during those days and attributed as an HPEF purchase will have a portion of the sale donated back to HPEF. You may purchase anything in the store or anything available through the store to have shipped to your home using the Bookfair voucher or number. And don't forget that the Bookfair starts on the release day for The Tales of Beedle the Bard! Every Beedle purchase helps the Children's High Level Group in addition to supporting HPEF's Bookfair.

This is a great way to show your support for HPEF and to make some of their unique and truly exciting events possible. Please keep this in mind during your holiday shopping!

If you are interested in these conferences--as any HP fan should be!--check out Azkatraz 2009, taking place in San Francisco, CA this July 2009. Get there a day early on July 17th, 2009 to watch Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince with hundreds of other HP fans!
